Charlotte Mod

This looks like a cool mod but I can't figure out how to install it.

Mod Name: Female Companion Charlotte

Mod Description: Charlotte is a little bit dopey, kind of loud, and a bit high-maintenance, but there's not too many companions out there as helpful as she is. She'll carry weapons for you, fight for you with swords, heal you, and even warn you of nearby danger. She'll follow you to the ends of the earth, and happily sit on your shoulders as you embark on a grand journey. Just be careful to keep both her and yourself alive.
